Vietnam First Day Recap & Photo Recap of the trip!

Hello lovely wordpress bloggers! As you guys know, I was able to go to Vietnam and Hong Kong for two weeks with Brandon. Brandon has never been out of country before, and he applied for his passport for this trip – we were both very excited! I hadn’t seen my family for 5 years and he has never ventured outside of california (except to texas, and to las vegas). We quickly packed our bags (I packed the day before) prayed to the airline gods that we would make our flight (going standby is stressful but amazing) and we were able to make all our flights!  Seattle Airport Our first layover was at Seattle, and the airport is gorgeous! Very spacious, with lots of great dining areas. We decided on eating some fish tacos & fish and chips. It was a great choice though a bit pricey, about 20+ bucks. Oh well, airport food… Finally we were able to board the airplane to head to Hong kong! Here he is looking very tired (sorry babe!) and excited! His …

Delta Airlines – Best Airplane Meals

Delta Airlines has the best meals, hands down! Well, of course I might be a little Bias, since I only fly Delta but still – I love airplane food regardless.  Back in December and January, I traveled from Hong Kong to LA, then LA to England, then back home, then finally traveled from LA to Rome then back home. Needless to say, I felt like I spent my whole month traveling and getting sick. Even as a frequent traveler, my immune system always acts up. But I digress. During those traveling periods, the only thing that stopped me from going insane was all the movies I got to watch and all the delicious food I got to eat. Here’s a collection of some of the best airplane food I’ve ever had! Even though first class / business class offers alcoholic drinks, I’m not much of a cocktail girl. So, I always make sure to just get juice, though my sister always get Mimosas! I especially love how there are three courses; the appetizer, the entree, then dessert! The …

On our way to England!

En route… England! As you all know, I’ve only been home for about less than two weeks – so I’m severely jet lagged. I’m actually surprised I haven’t developed an addiction to Nyquil yet since I take it so regularly now. Also, I’m still recovering from Taiwan where I became deadly ill. As my sister reaches the old age of 24, she won’t be able to travel for free so… we decided to take some last minute trips to Europe. Her flights will end on January 12th, so we both expect to do some traveling before then.  I don’t really have any warm clothing since our winter in California is like Hong Kong’s winter. On the day of our flight, we rushed to Sears and bought me some boots before heading home to quickly pack. I packed two peacoats and one sweater. That was seriously all the winter clothing I had! Also, thanks to Nancy and Sham I was able to have two gloves and one scarf. We arrived to Heathrow airport on Monday, and left on Friday.  I’m typing this …

My Flight to Hong Kong

As I’m sitting here writing this, it is 6 AM in Hong Kong. I’ve been up since 4 AM and couldn’t go back to sleep due to Jetlag. I’m happy to say that I had such a wonderful experience on the airplane, thanks to going First Class. Check below for some of the yummy food. I spent the whole flight watching movies: 300, spiderman 2, taken 2, Game of thrones! My favorite part of the flight was the Build your own dessert! I went simple and just got a sundae.  I’m off to workout and prepare myself for a wonderful day filled with shopping and taking plenty of pictures. As you guys can tell, my pictures look horrible because I am using my chromebook and we can’t download photoshop on it (how sad) so I had to use another site to do it. Hopefully I’ll find something to fix it soon!

A Day at Knott’s Berry Farm

Spending the Day at Knott’s Berry Farm This is going to be a pretty Pic Heavy post because I took so many pictures and had lots of fun! Not as many pictures as my Disneyland Posts though, because Knott’s is smaller and we only went on One Ride! I’ll keep the ride a secret… but it involves all of us getting dunked in water! Luckily, my dad bought four tickets for us valued at 25 dollars each! Why so cheap? It was for Delta’s Company Picnic!  Seriously, Delta’s Company picnic rocks! I always enjoy going because we get tons of food, and get to have free entrance to the park! Also, we get raffle prizes, etc. So, it was lots of fun!Usually, the picnic is across the street at the picnic area… but today we found out that the Picnic was actually inside the park!  America’s first theme park… we were too excited! Vent about the rude man at the front… So here we were, elated to finally find the ball room, when we heard the man in front of us (who …
